Cancellations
Course:
95% of the course fee shall be refunded if registration is cancelled 10 days before the course date
80% of the course fee refunded if registration cancelled anytime between 9 to 4 days before the course date
50% of the course fee refunded if registration cancelled anytime between 3 days to day of the course date

Events:
95% of the event fee shall be refunded if registration is cancelled 10 days before the event date
80% of the event fee refunded if registration cancelled anytime between 9 to 4 days before the event date
50% of the event fee refunded if registration cancelled anytime between 3 days to day of the event date

Books/Cds/DVDs:

You can cancel an order for a Book, Cd, DVD and receive 95% of the refund back. We shall deduct 5% of the order fee
as admin expense.
You must cancel with 24 hours of placing the order, or else the order would be considered as final.

General Refund policy:

Should we not be able to fulfil your order for a reason, we shall refund you the full amount asap.
Should we cancel and event or a course, we shall then refund you the full registration amoun asap.
